Who we are

Oil Business Services S.A.S. – OBS is a Colombian company with more than 20 years of experience in the development and execution of industrial, energy and infrastructure projects. Our track record includes engineering, procurement, construction, installation, operation and maintenance services, pumping systems, industrial facilities, electrical and instrumentation infrastructure, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

This accumulated experience allows us to approach projects from an integrated perspective: design, constructability, safety, quality, maintainability and operational performance. We have experience in pumping, treatment, transport and injection systems for fluids associated with hydrocarbon production and handling processes. We integrate engineering, equipment selection and supply, construction, installation, start-up and operation to develop solutions aimed at improving system capacity, reliability and performance. The project records retain the term “water injection” where that was the specific contractual scope.
We embed risk management from planning through to project handover, considering technical, construction, operational, HSE, environmental, logistical and social aspects. Engagement with communities and local stakeholders must be integrated into planning and execution, particularly in projects developed in socially or territorially sensitive areas.
